Welcome to Astrologica. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Astrologica's mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Astrologica, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Astrologica provides:

• AI-generated personalized horoscope podcasts
• Daily, weekly, and monthly astrological readings
• Birth chart analysis and natal chart interpretations
• Audio content delivery via our mobile app and web platform
• Optional subscription plans for premium features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze astrological data and generate personalized audio content. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, horoscopes are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Email address
• Name
• Birth information (date, time, and location of birth)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Astrologica offers:

• FREE Plan: Limited access to basic features
• PRO Plan: Full access to all features including daily AI horoscopes, natal chart insights, and unlimited library access

4.2 Pricing

• Weekly Subscription: $3.99/week with a 3-day free trial
• Annual Subscription: $89.99/year

Pricing may vary by region due to currency conversion and local taxes.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through:

• RevenueCat for iOS mobile app subscriptions (via Apple App Store)
• Stripe for web-based subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.4 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan.

4.5 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS Users: Through your Apple ID account settings
• Web Users: Through your Astrologica account settings or by contacting hello@astrologica.app

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds, which vary based on your platform:

• iOS subscriptions are subject to Apple's refund policies
• Web subscriptions may be eligible for refunds under certain conditions

6. User Content and Birth Data

6.1 Information You Provide

By providing your birth information, you grant us permission to:

• Use this data to generate personalized horoscope content
• Store this information securely for the duration of your account
• Process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the birth information you provide is accurate. We are not liable for inaccurate horoscopes resulting from incorrect data.

6.3 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@astrologica.app or following the instructions in our Data Deletion Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Service, including:

• AI-generated horoscope audio
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software and technology
• Astrological interpretations and algorithms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected
• Horoscopes or astrological predictions will be accurate

Astrology and horoscopes are for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROLOGICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrologica, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of horoscope information for decision-making

• Apple App Store and RevenueCat for iOS payments
• Stripe for web payments
• Analytics and performance monitoring tools

18.3 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claims will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis, and not as part of any class or representative action.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrologica regarding the Service.
